Liberty Way Renovation Completes Holiday Inn Express Albuquerque Renovation
Liberty Way Renovation has completed the renovation of Holiday Inn Express & Suites Albuquerque-N. Balloon Fiesta Park by IHG in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
The project covered the entire interior of the hotel, including all guestrooms, corridors, and public spaces. One of the biggest changes was the transformation of the former indoor pool area, which was completely rebuilt to create five additional guestrooms, a new fitness center built to IHG standards, and a guest laundry facility.
With the addition of the new rooms, the hotel grew from 62 to 67 guestrooms. The project also gave the property a fully updated interior and made better use of space that was previously occupied by the indoor pool.
